You may browse this website and use our enquiry forms for genuine enquiries about our training programs. You agree not to submit false details, send automated or bulk submissions, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, or use the site in a way that disrupts it for others.
We aim to keep the website available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
Course information on this website
Course pages describe syllabus, duration, learning modes, batch types and related details as accurately as we can at the time of publishing. Syllabus content, tools and durations are reviewed regularly and may be revised to keep pace with industry practice.
Information shown on the website is for general guidance. The details confirmed to you in writing at the time of enrolment are the ones that apply to your batch.
Enquiries and enrolment
Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a seat or create an enrolment. Our team will contact you to discuss the course, the batch and the applicable fee. Enrolment is confirmed only once we have accepted your admission and you have completed the payment terms agreed for your batch.
Seats in each batch are limited. We may decline or postpone an admission where a batch is full or where the course is not a suitable fit for the applicant.
Fees and payment
The fee for your course, the amount payable at each stage and the due dates are confirmed to you in writing before enrolment. Fees quoted are for training only and do not include examination fees, third-party certification fees, software licences or hardware, unless we state otherwise.
Where a fee is payable in instalments, access to further sessions may be paused if an instalment is overdue. We may revise our published fees at any time, but a revision does not affect a fee already agreed for a batch you have joined.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations, transfers between batches and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it before enrolling.
Batches, schedules and changes
Batch start dates, timings and trainers are scheduled in advance, but may occasionally change because of trainer availability, minimum batch size, public holidays or circumstances outside our control. Where a change is needed we will inform enrolled students and offer a reasonable alternative, such as a rescheduled session, a transfer to another batch, or a recorded or online session where practical.
Attendance and conduct
Our training is practical and builds session on session, so regular attendance matters. We are not able to repeat completed sessions individually as a matter of course, though trainers will help you catch up wherever they reasonably can.
We expect students to behave respectfully towards trainers, other students and our premises and equipment. We may suspend or end a student’s participation, without refund, in cases of serious or repeated misconduct, harassment, damage to property, or sharing our course materials or account access with others.
Certificates
Where a course includes a certificate, it is issued on satisfactory completion of the course, including the required attendance, assignments and project work. Our certificates record the training you completed with Learns-Way. They are not a government qualification and are not issued on behalf of any university or statutory body unless we state so expressly for a particular program.
Internship programs
Our internships are training-based programs run under mentor supervision, in which participants work on practical tasks and project work. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, an internship with Learns-Way is not an offer of employment, does not create an employment relationship, and does not carry a salary. Any stipend, where offered, is stated on the internship page or confirmed at the time of admission.
Placement assistance
Placement assistance means the support we provide to help you approach opportunities: resume preparation, portfolio guidance, aptitude and interview practice, and introductions to hiring contacts where we have them. It is assistance, not a placement guarantee. We do not guarantee employment, interview calls, or any particular salary, and hiring decisions rest entirely with the employer.
Course materials and intellectual property
Our syllabus, notes, slides, exercises, sample code, recordings, website content and branding belong to Learns-Way or to our licensors. When you enrol, you may use the materials for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, publish, record or redistribute them, or use them to run training of your own, without our written permission.
Third-party tools and technologies taught on our courses remain the property of their respective owners and are used for educational purposes.
Projects you build
Work you create during a course or internship is yours to keep and to show in your portfolio, including on GitHub. Where a project is built on a template, brief or starter code we provide, that underlying material stays ours. We may showcase student project work, with your name where relevant, on our website and social media, and you can ask us not to.
Links and third-party services
This website links to and loads content from third-party services, including WhatsApp, map providers and content delivery networks. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms. Communication you send us over WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it and how you can ask us to correct or delete it. It forms part of these terms.
Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care in delivering our training and in the information we publish. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of earnings or opportunity, or for outcomes such as employment, salary or business results that depend on factors outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Where we are found liable in connection with a course, our liability is limited to the fee you paid for that course.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our programs and website change. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. The terms in force when you enrol are the ones that apply to that enrolment.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them or from our training programs is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
